What we collect
- Contact details you give us directly — name, email, phone, company — when you book a call or email us
- Basic analytics about how this site is used, in aggregate
- Anything you choose to tell us in a discovery call or ongoing engagement
How we use it
To respond to you, deliver work you have engaged us for, and improve this site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the business, under contract.
Client data
Where we access a client's Salesforce environment during an engagement, that data is handled under the terms of the engagement agreement, on a least-privilege basis, and access is revoked at the end of the work.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email solutions@seasthecloud.com and we will action it.
